Manafest has turned to fan-funding to put together his next album, The Moment, and listeners can head over to his campaign at PledgeMusic to pitch in.
About the project, Manafest writes:
Hey Guys,I’m excited to announce that I’ve begun writing and recording my 8th studio album currently entitled “The Moment”. It’s been 12 years since I released my first EP and I can’t thank my fans enough for all the support over the years. I wouldn’t be here without you!
I believe life is made up of different moments, whether that was the first time I kissed my wife, landed my first skateboard trick, played my first show or when I tried sushi for the first time.
It’s been said “life is a journey, not a destination” so I want to make sure that I’m present in every moment while I still have breath in my lungs.
I’ve experimented a lot with different styles and with this album I wanted to focus on really being me. My voice, my style of rapping/singing so I could be as real and transparent as possible.
I invite you to get involved in the creation of this album and get exclusive access to my team and I as we write, record, mix and master this project.
We have some exclusive packages for my fans and if you supported the Fighter Book you know we over delivered.
Thanks again for all your support!
Peace
Manafest
